Pour alcohol to cover all internal surfaces, add two tablespoons of salt, seal openings, and shake vigorously for 2-3 minutes. The salt acts as an abrasive while alcohol dissolves resin buildup. For stubborn residue, soak for 30 minutes before shaking. Rinse thoroughly with hot water until no alcohol smell remains. Use pipe cleaners for intricate percolators.
